When your Data Allowance has been reached all plans are shaped to 64k until the start of the next calendar month.
ADSL plans are Invoiced prior to the start of the month and automatic payments are processed on the 1st of the month (or the next business day).
All Accounts must be paid Monthly in Advance.

Signed Authorisation Forms must be in our possession before the Provisioning Process can begin.

Incorrect technician call outs $275
If Telstra technicians are called out to your house and the fault is found to be the customers equipment then this charge will apply.
